HHCC, Inc. is a general construction and plumbing company serving the Austin and Central Texas area for over a decade. The construction division’s main focus is commercial remodeling, renovations, Historic Restorations, and tenant finish outs.

In 1989, at the peak of Austin’s last bust cycle, Bill Fowler, a long time Austin resident and University of Texas graduate founded HHCC. This long road started when he took his first job as a laborer more than 30 years ago. As more experience was gained, he became a carpenter, then carpenter foreman, job superintendent and project manager, before finally forming HHCC.

Along the way a respect and appreciation for all trades and processes involved in building a complex project was realized. HHCC (Health, Home & Commercial Construction) began as a 'one man working out of his truck' company. As HHCC’s reputation for producing a good project spread, so did HHCC’s growth.

On January 1, 1999 HHCC became HHCC, Inc. In May of 2000, HHCC, having outgrown their headquarters in South Austin, moved to 6168 Turnersville Road. Their new headquarters has a 30 acre campus with ample room for both HHCC and their sister company, Premier Fiberglass, Inc., owned by Sherri Fowler (Bill's wife). Currently HHCC has 70 employees and many satisfied repeat customers.
